Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

At LAMINA Knives, you have the right to withdraw your order within 30 days of receiving the goods. This means you have 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item, to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once we have accepted your return, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipments that arrive without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also excluded. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@laminaknives.ch.
