Shipping Terms

General Information

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Villigen, Switzerland. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

International Shipping

LAMINA Knives ships products worldwide. Please note that international shipments may take longer and usually arrive within 5-20 business days after shipping, depending on the destination and the efficiency of local postal services.

Duties and Import Fees

Please be aware that all international orders outside of Switzerland may be subject to duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival. The amount of these fees can vary and is determined by the customs authorities of your country. LAMINA Knives has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Payment of these additional fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you inquire with your local customs authority before ordering.

Import Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for the proper import of the purchased products into their country. This includes ensuring that the items can be legally imported according to local laws and regulations. LAMINA Knives is not liable for orders that cannot be imported due to import restrictions.

Issues with Import

If a shipment cannot be successfully imported for any reason and is returned to us, the customer will be informed of the process. A refund may be issued in such cases at the discretion of LAMINA Knives and would include the value of the goods minus shipping costs and possible return costs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and depend on the weight of the shipment and the destination. The costs will be clearly communicated to you before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Delays

Although we do everything possible to minimize delivery times, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs delays.

Tracking

For each order that is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the progress of your delivery.
